File a claim.

You can also file a claim by calling 800-444-0648.

Please note that dreamGUARD does not warrant any structural issues associated with your mattress. If you are experiencing dipping, sinking, sagging, etc, please contact the customer service department of the retailer from whom you made your purchase.

dreamGUARD claims are required to be filed within 5 days from the date of the occurrence.

All required information must be submitted for your claim to be reviewed. Any required information not submitted within 7 days of filing your claim will result in your claim being closed and voiding your coverage.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: once you submit your claim, you are required to submit 3 additional pieces of information.

These 3 items will need to be emailed to customerservice@issdg.com:

  1. A copy of your receipt - If submitting a picture, please make sure the entire receipt is clearly legible and viewable. If your receipt is not readable or does not show all information such as items purchased and the date, it will be rejected.

  2. A picture of the tag sewn into the seam of your protector. (Please do not submit pictures of the tag on your mattress)

  3. A picture of the damage to the protector or stain on your mattress.
