dreamGUARD Mattress Protector Warranty

DreamGUARD warrants to the owner of this premium dreamGUARD Mattress Protector that if the fabric or laminate becomes damaged within a period of ten years from the date of purchase as a result of normal household use, dreamGUARD will replace the protector, provided the care instructions have been followed. The mattress protector warranty is not transferrable.

When you simultaneously purchase a new mattress along with a dreamGUARD Mattress Protector, dreamGUARD, in addition to the mattress protector warranty, will also guarantee the mattress surface against staining from food, beverages, animal and/or bodily fluids provided the mattress was properly covered by the protector at the time the staining occurred and was in compliance with the care instructions. DreamGUARD, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to decide, in the case of a validated claim, whether to have the mattress professionally cleaned or to replace the surface fabric. Subject to all care instructions and proper use of the protector and validation of your claim, dreamGUARD will, at its sole discretion, replace the mattress or provide one of comparable quality, if the mattress is damaged beyond repair as a direct result of the failure of the protector and the claim is within the mattress manufacturer’s warranty period on the mattress. The mattress protector warranty is not transferable.

dreamGUARD Pillow Warranty

DreamGUARD warrants to the owner of this Premium dreamGUARD Pillow that if the fabric becomes stained within a period of three years from the date of purchase as a result of normal household use, dreamGUARD will replace the pillow (onetime replacement), provided the care instructions have been followed. The pillow warranty is not transferable.

When you purchase a dreamGUARD pillow, dreamGUARD will guarantee the pillow surface against staining from food, beverages, animal and/or human bodily fluids provided the pillow was in compliance with the care instructions. DreamGUARD in its sole discretion, reserves the right to decide in the case of a validated claim, dreamGUARD will proceed in a onetime replacement of the pillow. Subject to all care instructions and proper use of the pillow and validation of your claim, dreamGUARD will, at its sole discretion, replace the pillow or provide one of comparable quality. The pillow warranty is not transferable.

Claim Submission

To submit a claim, phone our help line at 1-800-444-0648 within five days of an incident.

The product must be returned to a Customer Service Representative for inspection and validation. Do not return the product to the retailer form which you purchased it.

The receipt for the product must be retained and dreamGUARD reserves the right to request a copy be sent for warranty validation.
